Gppd question! I thin there is a percentage of Alcohol in the hand sanitizers that is needed for this to work - so i would compare it to the one i used and make sure they have the same amount.
And I would not reccoment using it on rubber stamps or slear stamps - because the alcohol will dry them out and cause them to crackand get hard after awhile.

Sorry, my English is very bad, can you tell me what is the product you use for cleaning the acrylic block, please? Can I use a normal soap?

it is a Hand Sanitizer - alcohol based product that cleans your hands without using water. So it evaporates and does not need to be rinsed off.
I hope you can find something like it!
