Foundation isnt the "steps". It's about being able listen to the music and also to adapt urself to the music and the surroundings ur in. All the elements of bboying help to make foundation wat it really is: power, toprock, footwork and freezes. I hate wen ppl say tht foundation is just footwork. It shows lack of education. Zulu kings also had sum blow-ups and power, the thing was, they could incorporate everything and not crash their sets, unlike Brickheadz.
