Some how the reaper is related to Charon the boatman. They have the same function by guiding the newly dead to the afterlife. Oh by the way, I got the original lost version created by TZKK on my account. I kind of rip it from his site before it was lost in the abyss of the net. Can't let it be gone, it's just too cool a video.

Some of the ways that the grim reaper is made to look like make no sense.
Why does he have wings? I don't believe he's a fallen angel. I think he is just a cursed soul being forced to do the job he doesn't want to do.and how did the whole scythe thing start. I understand why he would carry a weapon of some sort but i don't understand why ancient legend would give him a scythe. Sometimes i feel like the way he is being presented to the living is not the correct form. I am a fan of the grim reaper

@karisawa Actually,the reaper does not only deliver,he indeed does take lives...thus his name,Angelus Mortis(Angel Of Death) he dosnt carry cythe just for looks..

i dont see why every one pictures the reaper as a psychopathic monster that wants to kill everyone and everything, he serves a purpose, not to kill, but to deliver, he doesn't kill them, they had died on their own, he guides them to wherever they need to go, and, guy to hang out with.
