Ok, I'm not going to go further in the comments, I hope someone noted HOW late ya'll are with him -He came out around 1998 or mid 1997 - his single was called STOP BY- to me he was an Alter Maxwell because of his afro -thas all - Rahsaan also sounds like Stevie in his mid range, dude is still doing it- Dope vocals!

Damn, just watching old reruns of the Baisden After Dark show and came across this...this...this...I can't even call it! The instrumentals, the lyrics, the background vocals, his voice. Oh yeah, I'm a fan. How come no one told me bout him!
