The 4th East vs West War (13on13) held 4th August 2011 at Game Spot Versus Arcade, Tokyo.
The East players are pitted against the West players in a series of varying tournaments. A 'General' will pick his players to fight for his side and will fight last in the squad line-up. This tournament Tokura is the East General and Nuki the West General.
