I think the first raise from Jackson after Ivey's stab at the point is what gave him away. I'm guessing Ivey might have expected a call or maybe even a shove, if Jackson had a jack. It takes balls to stick to your instinct after all the re-raises.But that's Ivey. It's what makes him one of the best in the world.

Are you retarded? Phil ivey going broke? He is the very best player in the world. He would lay down KJ here when you have AJ he's that sick. He knows where he stands in every single hand.

    Mind of Ivey:

"Is he bluffing? I think he's trying to bluff me here... I re-raised pre-flop... What is he thinking, what is he trying... When the flop brought JJ7 with two clubs he played with his chips... 13:1...12:1...16:1...4:1...2:1... makes my Queen high good... unless I'm drawing dead... I like my chances. "

    I'm All In.

this is edited. First hand accounts claim that Ivey contemplated for 8 minutes before declaring all in. A great deal of thought went into this hand, on both sides.

Interesting to consider Ivey's cards here. They are alot better than his opponents, and thats significant. He figures he does have considerable outs even if his opponent does have a hand. Opponent on the other hand has none and his raises are pure bluffs.

This hand is a great example of the Yeti Theorem: If you get raised on dry or paired flop, it's usually a bluff.
