@LozengeEntertainment After you pick a design, there is an option for what type of page size you want. If the design supports side fold, it will be listed as a page size option ;)

@vasamaita I do try to keep my tutorials at a medium pace. Many feel I am going to slow and some feel I am going to fast. Because it is a video, you can pause until you catch up with me. I will look into re-recording the video with more zoom and a different pace.

@rohan6366 The way Publisher makes the code, it doesn't allow for easy centering. This is one reason I switched to Google Sites.
