  • Just an fyi, Americans call those things 'pancakes', although they put the butter (and syrup) on after cooking, so it's not clarified.

    And the french call them 'crepes', and they DO use clarified butter, but it's in the batter.

    It's interesting that food is so different around the world, but the basics are amazingly similar.

  • this is not oil this is ghee (clarified butter ) to taste good without ghee the masala dosa is not perfect

  • Good but You dont require that much Oil.
