Solo to Tornado of Souls from Megadeth. Solo was recorded using a Mesa Boogie Mark IV. Rhythm was recorded using a Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier Pre-500.

Question for you:

How did you practice to get your vibrato like that? Do you just bend strings and try to get faster each day? How did you get to that level? What would you recommend?

Thanks! Vibrato came very natural to me, but not the speed part. I don't try to have a fast vibrato and I don't practice it. I prefer a slow dreamy vibrato but it depends on the song. If I were to recommend a practice for vibrato, I'd say slow and wide and practice to a song. First do 1/8 notes, then 1/4, the 1/2. Practice to different tempo songs. Hope this helps.
