  • I think this guy is speaking on the behalf of everyone around the world. I now understand that all people partaking in the occupy movements around the world are terrorists. They should be R.F.I.D tagged and monitored for the duration of their lives.

  • Send his sorry old butt to Cuba. See how long he lasts on Castrocare.

  • this guy actually has a point. yes, america is a very good country, compared to the average, but it has so much wasted potential!

  • @ram0166 I've been to Cuba and other Latin American countries, and can say that there is no difference in the living standards of ordinary Cubans under "socialism", and ordinary Belizeans or Salvadorans under "capitalism". Moreover, its people are not uniquely poor; in fact, according to the World CIA Factbook, in 2010 Cuba ranked 86th out of 193 countries in GDP per capita - above the majority of its Latin American neighbours.

  • @ram0166 Life expectancy is an accurate indicator of the availability and quality of healthcare in a country. As for public vs private, I live in Britain, not the USA, snapped my ACL in May and waited less than 3 months for an operation - free. A good family friend is currently in a public hospital, he developed a life-threatening liver abscess and is now in a stable and improving condition. The British NHS is rated as either the most, or second-most cost-effective healthcare system in the world

  • @BlckComb The mere presence of old people proves nothing about a government that has to rely on keeping people ignorant to stay in power. Are you saying that you would want to live there and take you chances with the rationed healthcare. It doesn't even work in Canada.

  • @huevosteve Cuba is poor because it's sociailist.

  • @huevosteve Cuba made itself poor foul mouth. The US is the only country that has an embargo against her. Are you saying that the US is the only successful economy and trade with her is the only path to prosperity?

  • Nice to have someone agree with me. To bad its a useless old fart.

  • @usagirlfriend I merely pointed out that, contrary to the OP's assumption, Cuba has a very high life expectancy. That's just a fact - Cuba has an extremely good health service for a third-world country. No comment on political repression included there. I don't see how that's being 'enamoured' with something (that's just you assuming that I'm taking sides) - it's just representing the available evidence honestly. It's ironic that you're guilty of the very thing you're accusing me of.

  • @BlckComb

Not interested in what you describe yourself as. And stop elaborating on my comments. I don't need you to speak for me, epic fail. You're such a dullard.

  • @BlckComb ...Lets discuss the elephant-Ism in the room. You support conclusions that are to your benefit, have selective perception and lack (objective) critical thinking skills, all to values your ideals over truth.

Since you're so enamored by the Cuba's life expectancy rate, I suggest you take your ISM's (egocentrism) and discuss your values (openly) with their leaders, or any other dictator you admire. eh? I'm bored out.........

    Peace out
