  • It's incredible how the amazing effects of vitamin D are constantly belittled by health authorities and their loyal servants a.k.a doctors. Personally I've never felt this good, having taken D for several months. There should be more brave individuals like Cannell who dare to speak out.

Get your vitamin D from iHerb, use the code NAS469 to get a special discount. It costs almost nothing.

  • @roadwarrior1981 Just trying to cover your back. You're right on.

  • @BlueEagle8 I never said anything about taking D2. Try reading my comment again. Milk is fortified with D2. A gallon will give you 1600iu. Is anyone really going to drink 3 gallons of milk per day?

  • @ThinkerMister11 if it is to much sun exposure of course its bad, if it is too little sun exposure it is also bad , you have to balance things

  • @BlueEagle8

Do you have any idea how far south you need to go to get adequate sunlight in the winter? And from Alaska especially? Dumbest idea I ever heard.

As for taking supplements, don't tell that to me. Tell it to these idiots that are saying sunlight is sufficient.

  • @roadwarrior1981 Careful of taking D2. Google D2 and Mercola. I recommend D3 or better yet sun light.

  • @andrewmente If you live in Alaska and don't get any sun, then it would be wise to drive South a few weekends in the winter to get some vitamin D via sun exposure or you can take supplements (VitD3) in the winter.

  • @ThinkerMister11 Nothing is wrong. You need moderate sun exposure. You should get sun expoure every day until your skin turn a little pink. For some that is 1 minute for others 1 hour.

The sun can only cause cancer when the dose is toxic, meaning that you are over exposed or your skin burns.

  • The sun gives you vitamin D

    Vitamin D supposedly fights cancer

    Sun exposure causes skin cancer.

    See something wrong here?

  • At 3:48 he said , "EXpecially"! I've never heard a Dr. who mispronounces a grade 5 spelling word, lol. Maybe they "should of axed him not to use big words". jk...D is good stuff though.

  • @777777sssssss Thanks for the promo code
