Is it ok to take 5,000 IU's of vitamin D3 in the summer time, as well as in the winter? I know you should take it in the winter due to lack of sunlight, but was wondering if it is good to take in summer also? i just started taking vitamin d3, 5000 IU's yesterday because i heard so many good things about it. thanks.

CHECK OUT DR SEBI FROM SOUTH AMERICA, HE TOLD MODERN SCIENCE THIS AT LEAST 30YEARS AGO CURING ALL KINDS OF DISEASES AND ILLNESSES

@videocruzer Not exactly, If you live outside of the equator belt (i forget the degree part) It HAS to be summer sun, i.e directly overhead and only in the mid-day hours (hottest ours) as only 0.1% uvB rays penetrate the ozone, so even though you might be in egypt in october, and its 5pm and its still 40... your not getting the uvB you need.

what we would like to do? no bath no soap..????
-
Just FYI, daily bathing is damaging to the skin, destroys Vitamin D (if soap is used), and is hygienically unnecessary. It is nothing more than an indoctrinated robotic practice.

@pepsidime Wait so are you recommending I not bath so much???

I like his accent do much ^_^

I work outside every day and get allot of sun, so I don't think I need Vit D and I am never sick...

@apachejunction1 Google? Mercola has pages about it as well as others. Just google "vitamin D 48 hours" It's just science and evolution man. We take way too many showers and use way too much soap. Especially crappy vegetable based soaps.
