Winner of the Best Film for the 2009 San Francisco 48 Hour Film Festival.

The Legend of Chloe is the submission by Transvideo Studios to the San Francisco 48 Hour Film Project for 2009. The assigned genre was Martial Arts. Required elements were-- prop: a hat; character: Claude or Claudette Green (a guitarist); and line of dialogue: "I believe anyone can change".
