水冷麺 (ムルネンミョン)
ムルネンミョンを直訳すると「水冷麺」。牛肉でとったスープ、またはこのスープに大根の水キムチの汁を加えたものが多く用いられ、麺はそば粉や小麦粉、じゃがいもなど、そ­の地で栽培しているものを使うことが多いです。現在は1年中食べられていますが、本来の旬は真冬。歯にしみるような冷たいスープを、汗をかくほどに暑いオンドル部屋ですす­る、寒いときに冷たい食べ物を食べる、これも韓国の養生訓のひとつといわれています。

  • anyone notice a key action that exemplifies the japanese mentality? she cut the backside of the egg so that it'd sit without rolling off. excellent attention to detail. never seen koreans do this. the japanese are making korean food better. this is why cross fertilization is a win-win for everyone.
