The actual dish looks very different from the video thumbnail. The one on the thumbnail looks like fish coated in bread crumbs or batter -- and fried instead of basted.

Tried it with fresh flounder today and it was good. Rob; I have a bunck of dried rice noddles I need to use in something. Nver cooked them before. Do you have any suggestions ?

Hi mate! Great to hear from you :) Glad you liked the fish. With the rice noodles, you usually place them in boiling water and cover them with a towel for about 10 mintues. Would be great with a sweet and sour chicken stir fry :)

I'd really love to try this recipe. However, being in the States I dont know how easy it would be to get the fish you mentioned. Will any white fish do or does it have to be a specific type. Didn't wanna try halibut or something and it fall apart. Thank you.
