@mcmanus1806 it's true that you must use itunes/appstore to sync and download apps, put music on your phone etc., but to be honest, as long i can listen to my songs and use my apps, i really don't care what program i need to use. that is the sacrifice that i'm willing to make, cus it makes no difference to me as long as i dont have to mess with sucky software. to me, paying the premium is worth it, just cus it gives me a better overall experience with the phone.

Why don't people have more interesting stuff to do than fight on the internet over what phone they prefer? Nobody forces YOU to buy a specific phone? Go buy the phone you like and let others buy the phone they like.
There is no such thing as 'The best phone on the market' ( @KnezJure ) . But there are such a thing as 'the best phone for you'. What other peoples best phone for them is, is not your business.
TL;DR: Shut up about what phone you prefer, just enjoy it in silence.

@s1kb45trd Theres a big problem with apple however, They have taken away the freedom that you can do with the phone, its just all gone. You MUST use itunes to put music onto the phone, The only way to get apps is by the Apple App store. They bring out the same looking phone every year. Theyr products are overpriced. The iphone 4 and 4s feels incredibly fragile, almost everyone i know who has owned one has smashed the screen... Its a pointless phone... Same as the Ipad and so on!

It has a 4.3 inch screen 480+800 pix. And it does have multi touch. Pinch and zoom in pics and videos and so on.
