Inconsiderate Jerks on the Carnival Elation

I would have swapped the towels and magazines with those on other chairs - and watched the fun when one group of chair hogs accused the other group of moving their belongings!!!

Now that would have been funny. What I should have done, and may do in the future is just scoop up all of the belongings and turn it in to "lost and found". That way at least no one can say I wasn't at least trying to be honost.

The ship was the Carnival Elation. Many of these ships look alike, especially from certain camera angles.

I plan on taking the same cruise. Thanks for posting this so I wont try and use the deck chairs. These people are the same people who are jerks anyway. Did you ask anyone at Carnival about saving the chairs?

No I didn't ask. I should have, but I am one of those people who would rather complain in the dark than make it worse by complaining out in the open. Im sort of a wimp that way.

Poor guy,he's on a CARNIVAL CRUISE and there's no deck chair available???Shed a tear,folks...hey,maybe we can get some celebrities to do a benefit concert for this poor shmuck.Get a grip,yes I know it's annoying but if it's so important that you get your spoiled ass a chair then stop filming and reserve one yourself.Or get out there and enjoy the day.Once someone grabbed the ENTIRE bowl of pecans at the buffet.It was a jerk thing to do,but I just ignored it and continued my vacation.Stop whining

First off, your on a carnival cruise. Secondly, since they arent around to know who did it, just toss all of their towels in one big pile in the back lol. Yah it will cause alot of crap but if they dont know its you, who cares. Even better, move them but dont go in those chairs and sit up top with your camera and record the throw down that is bound to follow! Now THAT would be youtube worthy!

I saw that on a cruise once, but I'm a 6'5" man...I moved their towels to the pool and sat...they came later and tried to bitch, but I claimed they were trying to force me out of the chair I had sat in for hours....I won(-=

Funny. These "deckchair hogs" are down having their breakfast. What you could have done was grabbed a plate of food from the buffet and sat down on the center chair in the front row, and enjoyed your own breakfast poolside; And when the group of chair hogs found you, they'd either have to sit on each side of you or move the whole group.
