SEASCALE CUMBRIA SHOOTINGS 2 june 2010 part 3 mobile phone footage

a combination of sea mist and sunshine is affecting the sharpness of pic quality of this vid..(continued)...we go in van as far as water tower/railway station area, a car is blocking middle of road and an old guy is stopping traffic going down to bridge, word gets out that "theres been a crash under bridge and an old woman has been knocked over", i go over the station car park, a woman says that there has been another crash at other side of village (the "R!" estate agents car)..i cross railway track and there are people on the platform waiting for train to whitehaven..(contrary to what it later says in the press, there have been NO shots fired at the station)..it comes over on radio that there has been shootings in whitehaven and egremont and both places hane been "closed down", word also gets out that BNFL Sellafield nuke plant a few miles away, thinks its a terrorist attack on them and has a lock down not leting anyone in or out, as part of their anti terrorist action they also cut off mobile phone reception in the area (one transmitter is within sellafields grounds speciffically for this happening). it dawns on people that someone in a Land Rover discovery under the bridge has actually been shot, people are coming out of buildings with blankets etc and the guy is alive but in distress in the vehicle.....the local doctors surgery and seascale fire brigade are tending to the man....thanks to sellafields actions, many people cannot phone out of Seascale to nearby towns, we are getting no signal.(possibly why the ambulance was delayed???) i go to the nearby Pelleymounters shop and using their phone i phone home and am told whats happening...i go back to station and film the fire brigade cutting door off vehicle, the driver is then released, put on a ladder and taken into a nearby shop...at this time we think 2 people are in the vehicle but not so....the ambulance arrives but he does not go in it, eventually the helicopter air ambulance lands on the car park and takes him away.....later it is found that the downdraft from the rotors have thrown grit and small stones against the paintwork of some of the parked cars!!!!.
Any Police cars which have come through have not stopped ,2 people lay dead on the "Neb" a hill going out of the other side of the village..just by looking at them, the police know they are beyond help and race straight past, there is no sign of any armed Civil Nuclear Constabulary from Sellafield on foot anywhere in the area!.........the old bloke is still stopping traffic and we are talking with various people......as the road is blocked we cant get our trailer from the car park, so we decide to go out of village via the Gosforth side, hit the A595 and via Drigg, try to enter the village the back way...no success, the Egremont fire brigade fire engine is blocking the small bridge, so we head back into seascale to park again by the water tower......see next vid....
