no, this is techno-house minimal. The beat is so cold and driving where the funky chorus is soulful and houselike.

oh and stop using "minimal" as a genre. It's an adjective and you can put that adjective anywhere you want; minimal breaks, minimal rave, minimal hardcore, minimal drum'n'bass...
