storyline:
A week later, Rose's husband Jack has returned and their neighbours Kat and Alfie have come to the conclusion their baby boy is dead.

realising Alfie has given their baby's toy to Jack/Rose, Kat walks over to their apartment to get the toy back.

But Kat is horrified when she sees baby James with Rose and feels heartbroken, Rose keeps Kat away from James and dosent let her near him leaving Kat heartbroken.

both Alfie and the Doctor are watching this and feeling so sad for Kat, will the Doctor do anything to help Rose in her time of Need?
