Great footage. I grew up near there and used to go to that place and fish. I live in Florida now and miss seeing that place.

it is very easy to observe the supercritical flow conditions just as water falls over the weir, as energy decreases so does the velocity therefore flow conditions transition from super-critical to subcritical, that is why depth increases.
