In response to wasy35. I think decompressing is a indirect way of decharging and though effective not as effecient.

A practical effective way to decharge negativity, is simply by breathing it in, and breathing out solutions, help, compassionate responses.. etc.. breath in the "bad", and work it out and breath out the "good". One way to work out solutions in negativity between people is through empathy, compassion, non-judgemental thinking. Some implementations: understand the human need behing the negativity as hinted in feelings, more so than thoughts and judgements..and then feel as they do.

2) Re: hooking energy: are you saying Bush could have hooked more people about the war in iraq when he campaigned for that, if he had madea "positive" rather than a "negative" campaign?: (i.e. present it in a 'positive' way?) seems to me on this one you have formulated an ungrounded rational construct. the rest of the presentation was great.

1) Barbara Brennan (former NASA scientist turned spiritual healer & author of 2 authoritative books, Hands of Light, and Light Emerging) says that dead orgone energy builds up in big cities, and makes it harder for people living in cities to ground down into pure earth energy. They have to go through layers of dead orgone energy (and often highrise apt) to tap into the pure earth energy.
