Lmfao. You CANNOT compare a low intensity war to a country vs. country. In low intensity, the larger, more hitech force mostly loses. Its almost impossible to win wars like that. Country Vs. Country is a completely different story. What I can tell you is that USA wouldn't invade, just defend or repel. Its airforce would destroy chinas, its Armored corps would, and its navy would decimate. China does not have the capabilities to win. Numbers are not everything.

Ok fair enough America spend more but how will they defeat china when they cant control shitty Iraq? Please remember how many people china have and remember that most will fight if they are ever invaded. Also it is important to note that quite alot of there money has been spend on air defence and seeing as that is the main way america win ways its very important.

No, the Americans have decided not to jump into stupid useless wars. Hence their restraints on Libya. America already has a massive stock pile, so they are easing. Chinas military spending is literally only like 1/7th the US'. The US spends 700 Billion annually, whereas China spends about 100 Billion. You are an ill informed and ignorant.
