If you want to pay 40k for this camera you would be ridiculously ripped off and Nikon did some amazing marketing to fool you into buying it. Good job on them. Medium Format such as H4d is extremely better and is now currently over 40 megapixels and the best quality you could hope for so why this Nikon? Ewww! Or if your entirely dedicated to the feel of a DSLR, why no the Leica S2? Why bother with such a high ISO? Night shooting would still be terrible if you desire to shoot at that iso range :\
