This is a promo for an American cartoon based on the popular Gundam anime series. It was never aired and many seem to be thankful it didn't. The original file was downloaded from Retrojunk.com where I first saw it.

Just think, in some alternate universe there's a kid from America who's just heard of Gundam, and instantly accuses them of ripping off Doozybots.

it's like every 80s cartoon cliche ever was put together

you have the wacky scientist

the five man band consisting of:

the jock protagonist with no personality whatsoever

the chick who's there for sex appeal and so feminists won't say they're sexists

the fat guy for comic relief

the stoner with a skateboard

the minority or the disabled character (in this case both) there's also the Bulk and Skull characters. The good toys fighting the bad toys.

Char is good, but it was also the awesomeness of Tall Geese ^-^

Stylistically, Zechs was more "pretty" haha

But Char definitely ages very well <3 Loved him in the older stuff

This is just absolutely embarrassing! The fact that it even exists even as a trailer to a scrapped show is embarrassing.
