Actually, Andorra received a big amount of votes in 2007 and came 12th. A pity that Moldovan immigrants made their country qualify and that awful Latvian crap made it to top 10. The Andorran entry in 2007 would have easily qualified if they had taken part this year. The 2007 semifinal was the toughest semifinal ever. So many countries that vote and so many entries that competed
