The much-maligned but spottily effective sequel to "THE EXORCIST".

Ennio comes to Hollywood by scaring the hell out of it. He updates "Il Giardino Delle Delizie" (1967) with a disco groove, slashed by satanic chorales, a fuzzy guitar lead, gladiator fighting horns, and punctuated by a cracking bullwhip! Kinky and terrifying.

    I don't think the Mike Oldfield theme was used anywhere in the film, but believe me, that was the least of its shortcomings.

    I havn't seem the 2nd exorcist but do they use the theme from the 1st movie? If they don't the. It wouldn't really seem like an exorcist movie

    I LIKE this song (edited out of most of the Exorcist II prints, except the theatrical trailer), and now I know the title: "Magic and Ecstasy"1977; made it my favorite.

    exorcist 3 is a good film, exorcist 2 is possible a contender for the worst film of all time, but the music is great.
