    So here's a question: can you freeze this? The recipe I found makes a pretty good amount, and even though my family loves tofu, I don't know if we can eat that much before it goes bad. Well, and how long before it goes bad?? It looks so yummy!

    That dip is made from the soft yellow tofu and into that is added chopped cilantro, lime juice and spring onions.

    Inle Lake is vry much in the southern Shan States. It's just 30KM from Taunggyi, the state capital. m i sure? i was born there, see!
