Awesome advert done a few years back, minimal graphics

The Only CG used was on the car lights and in the middle section of the video where they had to stitch the sequences together because the room wasn't long enough.

This was was actually filmed in 2 separate takes because no studio was big enough to do it in one single take. The 1st take ends somewhere around the 1 minute mark

@jvidell: Well I didn't want to post the spoiler but... the cut is when the muffler is rolling, from 00:57 to 01:02. Watch the floor planks and you catch it easy.

Your teacher is wrong. Lovely to know that they are fallible too, isn't it? It has one cut.

That cut is, as you might guess, at the middle of the commercial.

And as for your suggestion, I don't see anything strange with the floor being percieved as darker when the light passes through the windscreen?

1:41 the floor under the circular things suddenly gets darker. They likely filmed this sequence multiple times and thought that these two cuts were more continuous. But they didn't realize that the lighting had changed between shots, or they just thought that nobody would notice. According to my film studies teacher, this ad has a total of 8 cuts. This is the only one that I have noticed so far.
