Law & Order Sound: The Doink Doink (AKA the "Chung Chung")

Everybody knows that familiar L&O sound used by all the L&O franchise shows when they make major scene changes.

Dann Florek called it "The Doink Doink", and I think that name fits best. (Some call it the "Chung Chung".)
