    Primero tienes que mirar que formatos de videos soporta tu blackberry y de acuerdo a eso le cambias el formato al video para tu celu...

    Oye lee bien ya hay una nueva actualizacion de este programa dale click donde dice ver actualizacion 2011 hay lo descargas de la pagina oficial no te compliques lee mas y solucionaras tu problema :) saludos ;)
