How To Make Homemade Ice Cream
- 2-3 蛋黄，egg yolks（如果蛋黄大就用2粒，小就用3粒）
- 40g 糖,sugar
- 200ml 牛奶，milk
- 200ml 奶油,thicken cream/heavy cream(contain of fats 36%-40%)
材料，Ingredients C（视冰淇淋口味而定，depend of what kind flavor ice cream going to make）:
-2teaspoon 可可粉，cocoa powder
*Ingredients for Chocolate Syrup:
-50g cocoa powder
-1teaspoon vanilla extract
How to make chocolate syrup:
-Combine sugar and water then dissolve it in a saucepan over medium heat.
-Add in the cocoa powder and salt
-Remove from heat, add in the vanilla extract
How To Make Homemade Ice Cream Without Ice Cream Maker
-Combine sugar and egg yolks, beat it until sugar almost dissolve
-Then add in the milk and mix it
-Bring A to cook over LOW HEAT, repeat again, is LOW HEAT
-Keep stirring the liquid... DON'T STOP
-Cook until it become a bit thicken, the liquid can hold on the backspoon for a while while dropping down from the spoon(usually this process take 15-30 minutes, need patient)
-Remove from heat, mix in the cocoa powder(from ingredients C)
-Cold it to room temperature and store it in chiller for 2 hours
After 2hours or longer...
-Whip the thicken cream with a bowl of cold water under it.
-Until the cream form SOFT PEAK form.
-Combine A and B
-Put in the freezer
-Every half hour, take it out and churn/stir the ice cream evenly
-Repeat the step above 6-8times(depend on how much ice cream you make)
-Before serve it, decorate with C(except cocoa powder).
