Myth: Anit-Mage can get 100% magic resist with hood and Rubicks Null Field

Repel doesn't break the channel from Sandking's Sandstorm, but removes the active buff. The channel is only stopped as a result of this interaction. That's why it differs from Enigma's Black Hole or Witch Doctor's Death Ward, as these spells do not affect the casting hero with any buffs.

Magic resistance doesn't stack additively, but multiplicative. The combo you mention gives a total of 79% magic resistance (100 * (0.75 * 0.5 * 0.7 * 0.8) ).

Basically, past Anti-Mage's natural and innate magic resistance (62,5%) there's no point in actively trying to gain more magic resistance. The gain from items and Rubick's passive is abysmal.
