Yes, let's turn back the clock & return to the Wild West days. Great idea. The NRA doesn't just manufacture crises as this guy admitted. They also manufacture their own facts like the ones Paul cited. There is a detailed independent study you can find on Harvard U's site that clearly shows that more guns = more gun violence. That holds true for cities, states & entire countries.

They could un-ban teachers from carrying weapons. They could, in fact, give small incentives for being a teacher who carries and a slight bit more for storing a long gun in the office. Then, having a slight preference for those who 'can also' carry. And this ability should be tied to practice and some important course work in how to carry and firing thousands of rounds.

How soon we forget Bill Clinton said the same thing in 2000. The real blood is on the hands of every person who voted for Obama. Please tell me you have compared the FBI crime statistics before allowing yourselves to be brainwashed. Fists, feet, baseball bats, and box cutters have killed more people. In gun free zones crime is much higher. Most shootings are gang related or drug related. Democrats and Republicans are tools.
