Danny explains the stereotypical american view of abject poverty in India very well. Its hard for americans to understand how a country with 400 million people with no access to a private toilet is able to outsource the launching of satellites into space for most of the western world who cannot do it themselves.

SUPERB answer by Danny on the "Abject poverty" question !! Wow, this man has interpreted India so well, and with so much more depth than the average Western person.

Its something bigger than the caste system, poverty, etc. which people who haven't been there or experienced only understand theoretically.

He' so right about the energy and dynamism of the place. Looks like he didnt see the place with Western eyes. Which is amazing !!

Way to go Danny !! You're the man !!
Superb director !!

Good Direction by Danny, showed india beautifuly, but india never explored india as highest middle class in the world, that only dissapoints me.

on the whole it reminds me great indian director mani ratnam.
