Nice to listen to a Tamilian Singer render Purandara Dasa's kannada composition. Truly, music knows no language barrier. In particular the phrase "magugala manikyanana.." has been rendered soulfully.

m.s.s amma is from the gods when suprabhatham is sung everyday at the balaji temple.we dont want to see the language .whether she sings thyagarajas or krishnas or aliveni. m.s.s amma is again divine and nothing else. she led a simple life. did not portray herself to be someone. and we willl be reminded .this is from the united nations and not the oscars

Wow! Was there anything wrong in my admiration of MS? I merely admired the quality of singing and absence of lignuistic barrier. Where does UN or Oscar come into picture?
