Chrome is excellent, but this "new tab" functionality is basically forced upon the user. How no one thought to merely give an option to have the new tab display, you know, "nothing" is beyond me.
I don't necessarily want other people knowing what sites I visit, and it doesn't make sense that I need to enter Incognito Mode to have what would seem to be a common sense feature.
