NY Life does a great job at reaching the South Asian target audience by using subtle cues that reflect the culture. For example in this ad a lot of our cultural values are evident including importance of education, respect for parents (power distance), importance of family over self (collectivistic aspect) and more. This is a perfect ad for their purpose.
