Genda Phool (Marigolds) are complex flowers because its actually inflorescent in nature, which, by definition, is a complicated arrangement of flowers on a branch. So in the song, the girl compares her Sasural to this flower, because of all the complex relationship she shares with her mother-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law. Inspite of all the troubles, she loves being there for the love of her husband.
