basic difference between hinduism and other religions- other religions say there is only one god but hinduism says there is only god!
We all represent small parts of god somewhere!

An addiction to spiritual happiness and realisation by this simple method is a great addiction to have, just the opposite of material addictions.

I agree! And I do not see a guru very much at all. I just try to practice the spiritual principles as best I can, every day. And yes, it is wonderfully addicting! :)

The I Ching is also amazing - the hexagrams there correspond to our DNA.

I think both the I Ching and the Vedas are the most awesome scientific revelations of the times of antiquity.

Vedic civilization is not the civilization own by Indians or by hindu. If u go and find the latest updates on the arcyology of the different parts of the world u will find that it contain global contribution.
1)Oldest russian city when dig they find the status of Vishnu.
2) when go to mangol, u will see what is the name of weak days they call.
Its nearly same as we Indians call them.

Hinduism / Sanatan Dharm was spread in Asia, for your information trade was common in those days I mean ancient times, and well mentioned in scriptures. Even Caspean Sea was mentioned in scripture, please don't make your own fact. Scientists are not fool when they say hinduism was present in Siberia.

The similarities, down to minute details, among the mythologies of Hindus, Egyptians, and Greeks is astounding. Few people know that this was carried into Christianity. As well, there is a very strong theory, that Judaism originally sprung from Egyptian mythology. The word Hebrew is a Canaanite word, meaning "boarder crosser" (i.e., foreigner. The Canaanites being the original occupants of Israel. Also, St. Peter can be linked to Zeus, Dyaus Pitar, (Zeus Peter ~ God Father.
