np i know how heartbreak and loss feels... this is one of the best movies i have ever seen....it was a hit but im surprised it wasnt as famous as ghajini. the standard of tamil movies is so high cuz they have just the rite amount of emotion and story,,,,way better than bollywood and they think they are so great! the songs are amazing tooo....surya is a excellent actor...

Yaa i agreee..one of the Best movie ..and u can see the whole life from a young boy to adult to mature guy to old man..everything was perfectly mixed, rightly enacted..and superbly acted by Suriya..after this im a big fan of him and admire his humblenesss.. ur 100% rite..Bollywood tries to copy Hollywood and i ahte the Pub, disco songs shown in all trailers..Funny is they think they r the face of indian cinema..Ghajini is nicely mixed masala whereas VA is reality..DO u watch lot of tamil movies?

i know bollywood thinks they are all that and they suck! alot of the hits have been copied from south indian stories.. yeah i do watch tamil movies but try to avoid the sad ones!

rite rite...unless the Bollywood movie is really good, i dont watch it..Try anohter of Gowtham's Movie..Vettayadu Villayadu...Kamal as Cop...U will feel a holyywood thirller in this,...Suggest some good movies for me ..So wat other languages u watch??..oflate im trying spanish, french, chinese etc with subtitles...they r really good...
