Go to the Sweet Shop in Ft. Worth. Look for the "seconds" bags. Taste just as good as the regular, but costs less.

And I bet they are laughing all the way to the bank!!

I teach chocolate making, believe me no beans are worth that price tag, especially when you consider the price the growers and laboureres ar getting for their beans!! Give me I'll pay for good quality couverture 85% chocolate any day but certainly not for that price. Cheers

bloody ridiculous price! bet that it tastes exactly the same as 70% lindtt dark choc for a much cheaper price... it's stupid!

the rich will still pay, its a delicacy. and rich love to pay too much for little things that are way way over priced. but they will of course make cheaper versions for poorer people.

You don't wear gloves when you're hand-dipping. Don't get too grossed out, no microbes can grow in all that sugar.
