I have heard about HAARP 5 years ago, that there was no conspiracy about it, trust me. But when I put all the info that I knew then it is very much possible to create earthquakes with HAARP

Also check out Nicolas Tesla discoveries on something similiar. He has proposed that you could split the earth into half my using something similar to HAARP. He even describes it, But I think he has not worked beyond that. It was from this paper of Tesla I "stumbled" upon HAARP years ago.
