How to enable/disable Task Manager (HD)

i already do those methods but there's no window appear at all..when i type REGEDIT nothing appears on my computer same when i type gpedit.msc, i tried to download a program that can enable task manager, when i run it the task manager can now be click but the task manager window still doesn't appear can anyone please help me?it's not that easy knowing that a virus is already the why of it...

Policies folder doesnt expand into system, its not opening at all !! plz help me i have system security i wanna get rid of it

How to enable REG EDIT !!
Step 1:
click the start
Step 2: Choose Run
step 3 : type gpedit.msc
step 4:
At the user Configuration
click on the Administrative Templates
step 5 : Click on the System
step 6: Double click on the "Prevent Access to registry editing tools
step 7 : Click enable
step 8: click on the apply then press OK
If the same pop appear back to Step 7
then click Disable then press Apply then press OK.
