For people who need help: Google "nicosound sm2540481" and click the third link down (website says nicosound in it). Click the button that has this symbol on it ※. You should get an .mp3 of the song. It works for any video from nicovideo, and it works no matter what (I think.)

i usually download all my songs from there, is easy and fast, but am sry to say: no, doesnt work for every video all the time, there is a song i want but nicosound still doesnt have it -.-
i think it needs to put it on its files later after it apears on nico video, and btw, even easier, just save nicosound and like you said, copy the sm+number and paste it on the search box, the options appear.
