I have been doing only half squats so far. After seeing this video, I did full squats with 35 Kgs. 15 reps- 17 reps - 25 reps - 20 reps. It was intense for my fitness level (which is low ). I felt like I was going to throw up. I loved it :) !. Seems like full squats need a lot more energy than half squats.

Excellent video. Inspiring. The rub is at the end of the set, when he walks out with a smile and not even breathing hard. Some thing to aspire to.

and don't forget to routinely and thoroughly stretch your hip and ankle flexors and legs overall(quads, hams, calves) if you don't already do so .. this helped me immensely in being able to do atg squats

well .. I actually stopped .. just my laziness but I'm starting back up .. I saw immediate gains in strength .. I started off by using a weight that I could do 20 reps with .. then I added '5' lbs to the 20 rep set each subsequent workout .. it works for sure .. just beware it kicks your ass lol ..
