yes you're right! :)
if you're really overweight - like i was - it could be better to start with something like this. For me it wasn't healthy to do cardio at this time.

It will work for anyone. Im not doubting it works. Im just telling you cardio is going to be more effective if you are tryin got burn overall fat.

I'm not saying you can't. But I am saying that cardio is the most effective way to burn fat. I just wanted it to be known that you can't target fat on an area, so if you are working your stomach out, you are still going to be losing fat in other areas, and possibly those areas first.

thank you so much for posting these videos...i have to lose 20 pound in a months b4 i can leave for basic training i lost 45 but now its seems like i cant lose any more or sumthang...but just b'cuz of your posting the taebo i have hope left thanks sweetii

@ intotheorchard well cardio might help a bit better, but you can also make it with the ab boot camp. So I did and made it. The main thing is you're moving and sporting in generell. So I started last spring and lost 40 pounds with this vid . It worked. Now after a break I'm starting again and want to loose the last 30 pounds. :)

@mistymorning119 If you want to lose babyfat do cardio. You cant focus down a body part and burn fat off it, it does not work like that.

@8yanena8 empecé como vos, 2 veces por semana y ahora como mi cuerpo se fué adaptando al ejercicio, lo hago si y si tres o cuatro veces por semana, te aseguro que le soy fiel a esta rutina porque habia hecho toda clase de cosas para la cintura pero nada me daba continuidad, pero con la energia que te transmite billy, y con los resultados que vas notando.... es ley para mi cuerpo!!.. Espero que a vos también te resulte.. después contame.... besitos.
