McCain says he is disspointed that Congress failed to act!!, Congress DID act, they ALL voted it is just HE didnt like the outcome, THAT McCain is DEMOCRACY. Interesting their is NO discernible smile or shame as he says it this is NOT "dry humour" this is intent. The admission is at 0:35
After Bush admitted the same over THREE times it really does make you wonder who and what is up for election. Vote John "Dictator" McCain get Sarah "Dont ask me a tough question" Palin

He's not saying anything about wishing for himself to be or ever be an autocrat. His words are being twisted. I don't support John McCain whatsoever, but when people are twisting what other people are saying, I'll call them on it.
What McCain meant by "dictator" was that he would be the one WRITING the bill, therefore making him the DICTATOR of how it was worded. This is much different to assuming he wishes to have totalitarian power. This is a single bill which he is disagreeing with publicly.
His "admission" at :35 wasn't referring to the his analogy of him being dictator...
It was referring to his solution of increasing the FDIC-ensured deposits and working with the other party to solve the situation, which he states at :45.
I'm not stating that I agree with McCain. I'm simply stating that the idiot who posted this video is trying to twist McCain's words around.
If you're going to attack something, attack something legitimate.
"As i always inspired to be" , before that he said a dictator.NOTE: American sure as hell dont want dictatorship, The gov, is for the peopel by the people, and it shall reamian.
I think it's obvious that he's not serious- he just used that as a hypothetical situation. "If I were president, i'd...", only he used 'dictator' instead, because even if he were president the gridlock would still occur.

This is just some of McCain's dry sarcasm.
I still do.
