2008年11月7日行政院前靜坐學生被警察強勢抬離

數百名大專院校學生在行政院門口靜坐，抗議警察在中國海協會長陳 雲林來台灣期間，政府維安過當！警方聲稱學生靜坐活動未經申請， 傍晚將學生強勢驅離。

一個法治的國家，就是要靠法律來維持社會秩序，如果每個人都認為 自己是對的，而為所欲為，必然會侵犯他人的自由，也許當天在圓山 地區要上課的學生，因為當天的非法聚眾活動影響，等不到公車前往 學校上課考試，那又影響到誰呢？
