The problem is Demand, not Supply.

If buyers are willing to pay more to demand higher quality goods, then that will eliminate the junk suppliers. There will be buyers that prefers lowest prices over quality. Additionally, most corporations support the low-cost market because it offers them higher mark-up, resulting greater profit.

China can make hi-quality products, but people like to buy cheap shit.

It's hard to request lowest pricing with high quality. You pay for what you get.
